ASSA ABLOY acquires Wallace & Wallace and Wallace Perimeter Security
We are pleased to announce that on February 28, ASSA ABLOY acquired Wallace & Wallace and Wallace Perimeter Security, a Canadian manufacturer, distributor and installer of perimeter fencing, door and gate solutions for commercial and residential markets.
Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, the company operates through two primary business segments:
Fencing and Overhead Doors manufactures, distributes, and installs high-quality fencing and overhead door products.
Gate Manufacturing, specializes in manufacturing and distributing bifold gates, sliding gates, pedestrian gates, and welded wire fencing.
